Media Links And Development Declares Support For Tinubu Presidential Bid

By Ezra Odogu

United States of America based Media Links and Development said it will support the presidential ambition of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The Media Group said irrespective of the religious fault lines being debated across Nigeria and beyond, that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu still remains the best candidate for Nigeria at this point in time of the nation’s history.

Editor-In -Chief/CEO, Prince Meshack Idehen, told journalists yesterday in Baltimore, Maryland, that it was time Nigerians get over the issues of religion and ethnicity, and instead focus of issues of sustainable development.

Idehen said it was important for Nigerians to understand that leadership begins where politics ends, adding while the feelings being expressed by antagonists of the Muslim Muslim ticket is genuine and understandable, that Asiwaju has with this move, laid a very solid foundation for the greater unity of Nigerians.

According to the Media Links and Development CEO, Asiwaju should be given the chance to prove what he can do for Nigerians when he becomes president instead of the ongoing reactions against him based on his choice of running mate.

Idehen, Tinubu picked Shettima for public good, saying the choice of Senator Kashim Shettima as running mate by All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is for the good of the country.

“Religion or ethnicity was far from the calculations of the All Progressives Congress and its presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in picking his running mate,” Idehen said.
